dna2abc: Voices: Output

The Output sub-page of the Voices page contains controls for
editing the output parameters for the selected voice.
The main control contains the output file name, the Browse
button to the right brings up a dialog for selecting the
output file (or, you can just type it in).  The filename
should end in ".abc".

If the "Generate .midi file for each .abc file" option is
enabled, and if the abc2midi program is available (currently
implemented only under Windows and Linux, change voice-close 
in voice.tcl to add support for other OSes), then the ".abc"
suffix of the output filename will be changed to ".midi" and 
used for the MIDI output filename.  The other controls on this 
page allow you to specify the MIDI instrument and channel number.
