dna2abc: Scanners: Input

The Input sub-page of the Scanners page contains controls for
editing the input parameters for the selected scanner.
The main control contains the input file name, the Browse
button to the right brings up a dialog for selecting the
input file (or you can just type it in).

Input files are read from the beginning, with lines that
start with '>' treated as comments and ignored.  The
skip field specifies how many bases to ignore at the start
of the file, and the length field specifies how many
steps to take when this scanner is run.
